3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you must register an account. You agree to:

Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Services
AdsPilot provides:
Agency advertising accounts (Google, Meta, etc.)
Ad spend balance top-upsAnalytics and reporting tools
Account management and customer support
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
5. Payments & Top-Ups
Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe
Top-ups for ad accounts are only activated upon confirmed receipt of funds
Credit card payments may incur a processing fee (e.g., 3%)
Cryptocurrency and bank transfers may be subject to internal review
All top-ups are final and non-refundable once credited to your balance.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
Use the services only for lawful purposes
Not violate advertising policies of any third-party platform
Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading advertising
Cooperate with AdsPilot in the event of any investigation or audit
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Third-Party Services
AdsPilot integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google). You acknowledge that:
AdsPilot is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms
Your access or performance on these platforms is subject to their respective terms
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
We detect fraud, abuse, or policy breaches
We are legally required to do so
We reserve the right to withhold balances or services pending resolution of disputes.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, branding, and platform features belong to AdsPilot or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
AdsPilot is not liable for:
Losses arising from the suspension or ban of ad accounts by third-party platforms
Errors, interruptions, or service downtimes
Loss of profits, revenues, or data
Use of our services is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsPilot, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of third-party policies.
12. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where AdsPilot operates or where your service is managed.
